Right of Withdrawal / Service Cancellation

In compliance with current regulations, we inform you that as a user you have two distinct rights that you can exercise through this form:
1. Right of Withdrawal
You can revoke the contract for the card issued by Pomelo Fintech Services S.A.S. within 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment you received your physical card or from when it was made available in the web or mobile application (for virtual cards).
This right has retroactive effect, meaning it nullifies the contract as if it never existed. Important: if you have already used the card or the service within that period, you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. In that case, you must initiate the Service Cancellation process.
2. Right to Service Termination
You can request the cancellation of your card issued by Pomelo Fintech Services S.A.S. at any time. This right has forward effects (not retroactive). The cancellation may involve, if applicable, the charging of fees for transactions made up to the date it becomes effective.
