Terms and Conditions of Use of the Prepaid Card issued by Pomelo Fintech Services S.A.S. ('Pomelo Argentina') Account opening and payment card contract with fund provision
Chile
In accordance with numeral 6 of Title II of Circular No. 1 of Non-Banking Payment Card Issuers, it is informed that Pomelo Tech Chile S.A. ("Pomelo"):
1. Offers non-banking payment cards with fund provision under the "Visa" brand. To obtain one, the applicant must be a natural person, 18 years of age or older, and must satisfactorily complete the registration process determined by Pomelo (the "User").
2. The cards will be enabled to make purchases of goods and services in stores located in Chile and outside of Chile. Pomelo may enable new functionalities in the future, which will be duly informed to the User.
3. For the use of the cards, the User must have sufficient funds available in their account with fund provision provided by Pomelo. The User may not use their card if they do not have available funds in their account with fund provision equal to or greater than the amount of the purchase(s) they wish to make.
4. The fees to be charged by Pomelo to the User for the issuance, maintenance, and use of the cards must be consulted in the Account Opening and Payment Card Agreement with Fund Provision signed at the time of registration (the "Agreement").
5. In case of loss, theft, robbery, forgery, or alteration of the card, the User must immediately contact Pomelo through this link, which will be available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and/or through other means enabled for this purpose, which will be indicated in the Agreement.
6. Get informed about the authorized entities to issue Payment Cards in the country, which are registered in the Card Issuers Registry maintained by the CMF, at www.cmfchile.cl. Account opening and payment card agreement with fund provision.
